SENIOR SYSTEM ENGINEER
We are currently seeking a Senior Systems Engineer. This position will lead and coordinate the execution of the system level activities required to produce new products. The Senior Systems Engineer will work in a multidisciplinary development team with scientists, engineers, product managers, and project managers to successfully plan and manage the technical aspects of new product development involving the integration of electronics, software, optics and mechanical design. Combining the principles of systems engineering with state-of-the-art technology, you will optimize the system architecture to ensure we deliver innovative, cost effective new products that meet performance specifications, regulatory requirements and quality objectives.
SENIOR MECHANICAL DESIGNER
We are currently seeking a Senior Mechanical Designer. This position is responsible for opto-mechanical system design of advanced light delivery systems for high power illumination applications. The individual in this role will work in a cross functional product development team to design and prototype mechanical systems as well as analyze and test design concepts. The Senior Mechanical Designer will apply both theoretical and practical knowledge of opto-mechanical systems and mechanical design techniques to effectively transfer novel technologies and innovative design concepts into commercial and industrial systems.
MANUFACTURING ENGINEER MANAGER
We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager. This position will direct and mentor the manufacturing engineering team, to plan and execute projects, and to support departmental objectives by providing leadership in identifying continuous improvement opportunities and implementation. The ME manager will identify and apply best practices and new technologies in manufacturing to ensure company's leading position in the market. As effective change agent, lead implementations of cutting-edge manufacturing philosophies, such as lean. Lead manufacturing engineering department to support production activity, analyze the root cause, develop and implement resolutions to quality, safety, and productivity issues. Work actively with R&D to ensure design for manufacturability, quality and cost in the new product development and by leading manufacturing engineering team to launch new programs/products with minimal issues where performance meets corporate objectives.
TECHNICAL SERVICE SPECIALIST
We are currently seeking a Technical Service Specialist. This position will be responsible for diagnosis, repair and upgrade of incoming equipment with a focus on customer service, quality, cost and throughput. Product lines include Life Sciences, as well as Precision Assembly Equipment.
SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER
We are currently seeking to fill a Senior Product Manager position. The Senior Life Sciences Product Manager will support the Director of Marketing and is responsible for managing activities related to EXFO's Life Science product lines (Burleigh® and X-Cite®) to ensure achievement of stated sales, growth and profit objectives within the business plan. Key activities include strategic planning, new product development/introduction and business development.
